This Policy applies to individuals in the United States. By using the Site or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide to us

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you complete a form, request a quote or demo, subscribe to communications, sign up for IGNITE CRM, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, dealership or business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising platforms, and our service and technology partners, which we may combine with the information we collect.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, demos, and customer support;

- Provide, operate, and improve our marketing services, the IGNITE CRM platform, and the Site;

- Send you administrative messages, and, where permitted, marketing communications;

- Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our marketing;

- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; and

- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support our advertising. This includes analytics services (such as Google Analytics) and advertising tools (such as the Google and Meta advertising pixels), which may collect information about your activity over time and across websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and may opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies. To learn more or opt out of interest-based advertising, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, advertising, and our marketing and customer relationship management platform, IGNITE CRM (which is built on Go High Level, a third-party software platform).

Advertising and analytics partners. With partners that help us measure and deliver advertising. Some sharing of online identifiers for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; see the California section below for your choices.

Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent.

5. IGNITE CRM AND CLIENT DATA

IGNITE CRM is a marketing and customer relationship management platform that 10mm makes available to our automotive dealership clients, built on the Go High Level software platform. When a dealership client uses IGNITE CRM, that client may upload, collect, and manage information about its own customers (such as sales leads and service customers) within the platform.

If you are a customer of one of our dealership clients, your information may be processed within IGNITE CRM by that dealership as the party responsible for its own customer relationships. 10mm and our technology provider host and process that data on the dealership's behalf, and we use it only to provide, maintain, and support the platform, not for our own independent marketing purposes, unless you separately interact with 10mm directly. Questions about how a specific dealership uses your information should be directed to that dealership.

6. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we, our dealership clients using IGNITE CRM, or our platform on their behalf, may send you text messages such as appointment reminders, review requests, account notifications, and, where you have consented, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to your account, inquiry, or our services.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and control cookies through your browser settings and the opt-out tools listed above. To make a request about your information, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.

12. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and disclose it;

- Request deletion of your personal information;

- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising); and

- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will verify your request as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To opt out of advertising-related sharing, you can also adjust your cookie settings and use the advertising opt-out links in Section 3.

13. OTHER STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain other states may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of their personal information under applicable state law. To exercise any such rights, please contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
